These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Eligibility: This prize promotion is open to employees of UK registered companies aged 18 years or over excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. Internet access required. No purchase necessary.
  3. Promotional Period: The prize draw opens at opens 00:00 02.07.24 until 23:59 31.07.24. All entries outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
  4. Entry Instructions: To enter the prize draw, visit to submit your details (submit full name, company name, work email address, contact number) during the promotional period.

    Entry is via the website only ( Only one entry per employee of UK registered company during the Promotional Period. Any entrant using multiple identities or computerised or automated systems to enter the promotion will be disqualified and any prize void. Only one prize can be claimed per UK registered company.

    No third party or bulk entries. Entries via consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either an entrant or company is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, using identities other than their own, creating fake identities or any other automated or manual means in order to increase that entrant’s or a company’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants and their company will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.

    Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

    Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
  5. Prizes: There are 3x altavia workshop prizes available to be won in total. Each of the three winners will be able to choose from either 1x Shopper Strategy workshop, 1x Digital workshop or 1x Sustainability workshop.

    Each workshop comprises management time for a half day pre-brief and planning, a half day (virtual) workshop and one day to prepare and present summary and recommendations.

    Workshops to be arranged at a mutually agreed time and date within reason, but must take place prior to 20.12.24. The topic of the workshop will be agreed by both parties during the pre-brief and planning stage.

    Any additional scope of work requested will be quoted up front and approved prior to the commencing.

    No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize, or part of a prize, of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable.
  6. Winner Selection: The three winners will be drawn at random via randomised computer process from all valid entries received, within 5 working days of the closing date. A winner will be redrawn  if there is a previous winner within their company. If multiple winners are selected from the same company, only the first entry will be accepted, and all other prizes will be redrawn.
  7. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified by the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of the draw date. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they respond to the winner notification, by emailing the address provided at the point of notification with a scanned copy of their proof of ID (passport, driving license or equivalent)  and company address. County of residence will also be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received.

    If a winner has not responded to the initial email notification by day 14, one attempt to telephone call them will be made using the contact number provided on entry. If contact cannot be made, a winner is ineligible, rejects their prize or their prize is not claimed, within 14 days of the initial prize notification, an alternative winner will be drawn using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim each prize for 3 months, after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account, including junk mailbox during this time in case they are a winner. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance.
  8. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Any tax liability arising from receipt of the prize will be the responsibility of the recipient.
  10. The Promoter will make available the prize winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.   11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  12. Entry into the Promotion is at the entrant’s sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this Promotion save that nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall act to limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability resulting from its negligence or fraud or for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud).
  13. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent an entrant’s entry to the promotion.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion or invalidate any entries in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  15. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in. 
  16. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. This data will be kept secure and in accordance with the requirements of current Data Protection legislation. Entrants’ personal data will be used and held in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at Data will be stored for 3 months after the promotion end date then deleted except for the winners, whose data will be deleted upon completion of their workshop prize.
